Competitor Price Tracking for the Greek Retail Market

Track your own and competitor product prices across Greek retailers, sourced from BestPrice.gr and updated daily. Price-history boards, change alerts, Excel and PowerPoint export.

Every brand manager in Greece checks BestPrice.gr. Usually by hand, usually on a Friday, usually for the three SKUs someone asked about in a meeting. CampaignsLive turns that ritual into infrastructure: a price-tracking board that watches your own and competitor products across Greek retailers, sourced from BestPrice.gr and updated daily, with the history kept so you can see how the market moved — not just where it stands today.

What the price tracker does

You build boards. A board holds the products you care about — yours marked as own brand, the rivals marked as competitor — and its dashboard answers the questions a pricing conversation actually turns on:

  • Price trend over 30 or 90 days, for your products against the competitor average.
  • Best price by product — who is cheapest right now, and by how much.
  • Biggest movers — which tracked products changed most over the last 7 days.
  • Current prices by retailer — the full retailer spread per product: each price bar runs from the cheapest to the priciest shop, shows where the middle 50% of the market prices it, and marks the median. Hover any point to see which retailer it is.
  • Package or per-unit pricing — switch the whole board to €/kg or €/L comparison, so different pack sizes stop hiding the real price story.

How it works

  1. Create a board. Name it — "Our range vs. competitors" is the classic — or spin one up directly from a brand in your workspace.
  2. Add products. Search a brand on BestPrice.gr from inside the tool and pick the products to track, marking each as own or competitor.
  3. Let it run. Prices refresh daily on their own; a refresh button fetches the latest on demand when a meeting can't wait.
  4. Get told when it matters. Switch on email alerts — daily, weekly, or monthly — and receive a digest only when tracked prices actually changed.

Built for the Greek market, on purpose

Most price-monitoring products promise the world and deliver a thin layer of it. This tool does the opposite: it covers the Greek retail market through BestPrice.gr with retailer-level depth — the exact comparison surface Greek consumers use before they buy. For brands, distributors, and e-commerce teams competing on that shelf, depth in the market you actually sell in beats breadth in markets you don't.

Who it's for

Brand and trade-marketing teams defending price positioning; distributors watching whether retailers hold the line; e-commerce managers benchmarking their own shop against the market; and agencies running pricing intelligence as a client service — the read-only share links, client access accounts, and PowerPoint export with native charts exist precisely for that last group. Pair it with brand monitoring and you are watching both of a brand's most volatile surfaces: its price and its press.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the pricing data come from?

Prices are sourced from BestPrice.gr, the Greek price-comparison market, and refreshed daily. That gives you retailer-level prices across the Greek market — which shop sells each product, and at what price — rather than a single averaged number.

Can I track competitor products alongside my own?

Yes — that is the core of the tool. Each tracked product is marked as "own brand" or "competitor", and the dashboard compares the two sides directly: your best price against the competitor average, per product and over time.

How do the price alerts work?

Each board can email you a digest daily, weekly, or monthly — and only when tracked prices have actually changed. No change means no email, so the alerts stay signal rather than noise.

Can I share a board with a client or colleague?

Two ways. A public read-only link works for anyone with no login. Client access goes further: the client signs in and sees only the boards shared with them — useful for agencies running price monitoring as a service. Anyone with view access can also duplicate a board into their own editable copy.

Can I get the data out of the platform?

Yes. Every board exports to an Excel workbook with the editable data and to a PowerPoint deck with native, editable charts — ready to drop into a client presentation or a trade-terms discussion.

Does it cover markets outside Greece?

Today, coverage is the Greek retail market via BestPrice.gr. That focus is deliberate: if you sell in Greece, you get retailer-level depth on the exact shelf your buyers compare you on, rather than shallow coverage of everywhere.
